FShipp lets you claim delivery-fee refunds up to £5 per order, capped at 20 refunds per month. After you place an online order to a UK delivery address with Express/Expedited delivery and a minimum basket of £60 (incl. VAT, excl. shipping), submit your claim within 30 days from your FShipp account by uploading your order confirmation, receipt, retailer details, shipping charge, and purchase date. Approved refunds are paid to the card used for your FShipp subscription within 14 days and are issued only after your 3-day trial converts to a paid membership. Amazon.com orders are excluded.
