This summary is for convenience; the binding terms follow.

Part A — Terms & Conditions of Use

1. About us & acceptance

These Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the FShipp website and membership services (the “Service”).

Operator: APH Services LLC trading as FShipp, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA.

Contact: help@fshipp.com · +44 330 822 0973 (AI phone agent; Mon–Fri 9am–6pm UK time).

By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you confirm you are 18+ and agree to these Terms.

2. Service description (what we do / don’t do)

FShipp enables members to claim refunds toward delivery (shipping) fees charged by third-party retailers for eligible UK orders, capped at £5 per order and limited to 20 approved refunds per calendar month per member.

FShipp is not a carrier, does not handle parcels, and is not affiliated with retailers or carriers.

3. Eligibility & limits (conditions for a valid claim)

To be eligible, each claim must meet all of the following:

  • UK delivery address (incl. Northern Ireland; Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO when the retailer ships there).
  • Minimum order value: £60 (incl. VAT, excl. shipping).
  • Delivery type: Express/Expedited option selected at checkout.
  • Timing: claim submitted within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Exclusions: orders from Amazon.com; cancelled or refunded orders; digital goods and gift cards; orders with £0 delivery fee.
  • Caps: up to £5 per order; max 20 approved refunds per calendar month per member.

4. Claims & documentation

Submit claims via “Claim my refund” and upload: order confirmation, receipt, retailer details, delivery charge, purchase date (screenshots/PDFs acceptable if legible). We may request additional information to verify eligibility and prevent fraud.

5. Payment of approved claims — Subscription Credit first

  • Default method: approved amounts are applied first as a Subscription Credit that reduces your next subscription charge automatically.
  • Carryover: if your credit exceeds the next charge, the remainder carries over.
  • Cash-out guarantee: if you cancel, have no upcoming charge within 30 days, or request a payout at any time, we refund the remaining credit to your original payment card within 14 days.
  • Currency: GBP.

6. No guarantee; third-party stores

We do not control retailers, their shipping policies or promos. If a retailer’s delivery fee is £0, there is nothing to refund. We do not guarantee claim approval.

7. Fraud, abuse & audits

We may suspend or deny claims for suspected abuse (e.g., falsified documents, duplicate submissions) and request additional proof. Misuse may lead to termination (Section 11).

8. Acceptable use & account security

You are responsible for your account. Do not submit false information, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with the Service, or mine data unlawfully.

9. Intellectual property & licence

All site content and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as intended under these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

Service provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or success of claims. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud/abuse, or where required by law. On termination, any unused Subscription Credit is refunded to your original card within 14 days.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we exclude indirect or consequential losses; (b) our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service to reflect operational/legal changes. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email with reasonable notice before taking effect.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales; the courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may alternatively bring proceedings in their local courts where mandatory law so provides.

Part B — Subscription Terms

1. Free Trial

  • 7-day free trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically.

During the 7-day trial, up to 2 approved refunds (max £5 each) may be credited; additional claims are queued and applied after your subscription converts. If you cancel before your first paid charge, trial credits expire and no payout is made.

2. Billing & Automatic Renewal

Billing phase Amount When charged
Introductory month £29.99 Immediately after the trial ends
Recurring months £69.00 / 30 days Every 30 days thereafter
The subscription renews automatically until cancelled (see § 4).

3. Payment Method & Authorisation

Provide a valid payment method at sign-up. You authorise us and our processors to charge fees and taxes to that method. If payment fails, we may retry, suspend or terminate access.

4. Cancellation

Cancel any time in your account settings or by emailing help@fshipp.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.

5. Price or Term Changes

We may modify fees or intervals for future cycles with at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-app. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

If you cancel before your first paid charge, any trial credits expire and are not paid out.

6. Refunds for subscription charges

Except as required by law or under the Money-Back Policy (§ Part C) and Right of Withdrawal (§ 7), all charges are non-refundable. No refunds or credits for partial months, downgrades or unused time.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK residents)

You have 14 days after the first paid charge to withdraw without reason. See Part C § 5 for details and model form. If you expressly request immediate service supply and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right, a pro-rata refund (or none, for delivered digital content) may apply.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact help@fshipp.com first; we can usually resolve issues faster. Fraudulent/abusive chargebacks may lead to account termination.

9. Changes to these Subscription Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by updating the “Last updated” date and, where required, by notice via email or in-app. Continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance.

Part C — Money-Back Policy

Effective date: 18 September 2025

1. General principle

Unless a refund is required by law or granted under this Policy, charges are final and non-refundable once processed.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first paid charge only)

If you are not satisfied after your first paid subscription charge (post-trial), you may request a full refund within 30 days of that payment, provided all conditions below are met.

RequirementDetail
a. Contact windowEmail help@fshipp.com within 30 days of the introductory-month charge and before your current billing cycle ends.
b. Information we needAccount email; last 4 digits of the card; date & amount of payment; short description of the issue (e.g., service not as described, technical issue). Screenshots help us diagnose faster.
c. One-time benefitApplies only to your first paid subscription charge per customer. Renewals and subsequent payments are excluded.
d. Account statusYour account must be in good standing (no chargebacks, no fraud flags, no Terms breach).

We review in good faith and email our decision—approved or declined—within 5 business days.

3. Cases not covered

  • Change of mind / preference.

  • Billing awareness issues (e.g., forgot to cancel before renewal).

  • Multiple refund claims from the same customer/household.

  • Abuse or fraud (e.g., excessive claims filed then immediate refund request).

These may still be covered by statutory withdrawal rights (see § 5), but not by this voluntary guarantee.

4. How refunds are issued (subscription charges)

Approved Money-Back refunds are credited to the original payment method only.

We initiate within 5 business days of approval; banks may take 10–15 business days to post funds.

5. Statutory withdrawal right (EU/UK)

You may withdraw from your digital-service contract within 14 days of the first paid charge without giving a reason.

How to exercise

Email help@fshipp.com with a clear statement (“I hereby withdraw from the contract for FShipp”), or send the model form below before the 14-day period expires.

Refund timing

We reimburse all sums received within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, via the same payment method, without fees.

Exception: if you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of the right to withdraw, we may deduct a pro-rata amount for the days already provided (or refuse a refund where only digital content has been supplied and you consented to immediate supply).
