Terms of Services – FSHIPP Members

FSHIPP TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP AND FSHIPP MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT.

Please read these terms of service (“terms”, “terms of service”) carefully before using FSHIPP.com operated by FSHIPP, address: 124 City Rd London, EC1V 2NX  (the “Company”, “us”, “we”, “our”).

The membership provides members with free shipping (the “Services”) with conditions and description listed below. The Service is available for all members enrolled in the service (”Active Member”) .

1. The services

1.1 FSHIPP inside the Company network

For all qualifying online purchases inside the Company network you make while a member of FSHIPP.com, you will receive an instant refund according to the following terms and conditions:

  • Member must select “Free Shipping” delivery method
  • Refunds are subject to a minimum total spend £60
  • Delivery must be made to the UK: addresses within England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and all BFPO addresses.
  • There is a limit of 10 refunds that can be submitted per month.

Qualifying Purchases. You may purchase the item from the Company’s retail network listed in section 1.3.

1.2 FSHIPP outside the Company network

For all qualifying online purchases  you make while being a member of FSHIPP.com, you may claim your refund subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • You must provide 1 form of documentation with your claim:
    • Proof of purchase by submitting your order confirmation. The order confirmation must clearly state the price of the purchase, retailer information and shipping price & date.
  • Delivery must be made to the UK: addresses within England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and all BFPO addresses.
  • Refunds are subject to a minimum total spend £60
  • Member must select “Express Shipping” delivery method
  • Claims must be made within 30 days of the date of the original purchase
  • Up to £5 can be claimed per order; there is a limit of 10 claims that can be submitted per month.
  • Duplicate claims are not allowed.
  • Claims cannot be made on orders that have been cancelled.
  • You must complete and submit the claim form found under the “Claim my benefits” page on this site or by sending an email with the required documents to help@FSHIPP.com
  • Once your claim has been verified, you’ll be refunded on your payment card. Please allow 2-3 weeks once your claim has been made for us to process your payment.

Qualifying Purchases.  You may purchase the item from any online retailer. An online retailer is a business selling consumer goods to the general public on a regular basis via the Internet. This does not include membership organizations, charities, subsidized businesses, or subscription programs. Items purchased from Amazon.com and any direct affiliates of the Amazon group are excluded from qualifying purchases.

2. Refund Policy

1 month of the membership fees are refundable if the service was not used.
