Which orders qualify?
Any order with express or expedited delivery, over £60, delivered to a UK address — at hundreds of UK retailers, online or in app (Amazon is the one exclusion). And yes, the order you just placed before joining counts too: it's the one your membership was activated with.
How do I claim a delivery fee?
It takes about two clicks: open the "Make a claim" page in your account, tell us which order it was and share your proof of purchase showing the delivery fee — that's it. You can claim up to £5 per order, up to 20 times every month, as long as the order is less than 30 days old and your membership is active.
When does the money come back?
Straight onto the card you paid with, typically within 14 days of your claim being approved. No vouchers, no credit locked into an app — real money, back where it came from.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, and it takes one click: use the "Cancel membership" link at the bottom of this page or your personal dashboard — no phone call, no questions asked. The Shopping Protection add-on can be cancelled the same way. Cancel during your free trial and you pay nothing at all; cancel later and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
