FShipp is a membership that lets you claim refunds toward delivery fees on your UK online orders — up to £5 per order, up to 20 refunds per calendar month, when eligibility conditions are met.

By default, we use a Subscription Credit: approved amounts are credited to your account and offset your next invoice.
Orders delivered to UK addresses (incl. Northern Ireland; Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO when the retailer ships there). Minimum order £60 (incl. VAT, excl. shipping). Express/Expedited delivery required.
Orders from Amazon.com are not eligible. For Amazon.co.uk, eligibility may vary — please check the claim form or contact support before purchasing.
No. FShipp does not deliver parcels and is not a carrier. We provide delivery fee refunds after you submit a valid claim.
We refund the actual delivery fee charged by the retailer, capped at £5 per order.
Example: if shipping was £3.49, the credit is £3.49. If shipping was £7.99, the credit is £5.
Your next invoice is reduced to £0.00, and any remaining credit carries over to the following invoice(s). If you cancel or prefer a payout, we refund the unused balance to your original card within 14 days.

Yes. Approved trial claims are credited to your account and reduce your first paid invoice. During the trial, up to 2 approved refunds (max £5 each) apply; additional claims are queued and applied after your subscription converts. If you cancel before your first charge, trial credits expire and no payout is made.

One membership is intended for one member/account. Claims are subject to the 20 refunds/month cap per member.
