These Subscription Terms form part of the legal agreement between you and APH Services LLC, trading as FShipp (“FShipp”, “we”, “us”). They apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Money-Back Policy.
1. Free Trial
FShipp includes a 3-day free trial. The Shopping Protection add-on includes a separate 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trials.
Unless you cancel before a trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically at the end of that trial. The date of your first charge is shown on the sign-up page and in your confirmation email.
2. Billing & Automatic Renewal

Each subscription is billed separately and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel (see section 5).
3. Payment Method
You must provide a valid debit or credit card at sign-up. By starting your trial, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the amounts above to that card on the dates above. If a payment is declined, we may retry it, or suspend or end your access.
4. Emails We Send
We send the following emails to the address you provide at sign-up:
- a sign-up confirmation, with your trial end date, the amount and date of your first charge, how the charge will appear on your statement, and how to cancel;
- a reminder before your free trial ends;
- a receipt after each payment, with a link to cancel;
- a confirmation when you cancel.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, and as easily as you signed up:
- online at fshipp.com/cancel-my-subscription, using only your email address, with no login;
- by phone on +44 330 822 0973 (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm UK time);
- by email at help@fshipp.com.
The Shopping Protection add-on can be cancelled at shopping-protection.com/cancel-my-subscription, or by asking us to cancel both subscriptions when you contact us.
If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged. Cancellation stops all future charges. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
6. Price or Term Changes
We may change subscription prices or billing intervals. We will give you at least 14 days’ notice by email before any change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies; otherwise the new price will apply from your next renewal.
7. Refunds & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Your first paid charge after the trial is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Money-Back Policy for how to claim. Other charges are refundable where required by law or at our discretion.
8. Right of Withdrawal (UK / EU Residents)
You have 14 days after your first paid charge to withdraw without giving a reason. Details and a model withdrawal form are in the Money-Back Policy.
9. Disputed Charges
If you do not recognise a charge or are unhappy with it, please contact us first at help@fshipp.com or +44 330 822 0973. We will look into it within 2 business days and refund it where appropriate, which is usually faster than a dispute through your bank.
10. Changes to These Subscription Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email.
